Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis ct verbenone) the flowers of rosemary herb create a fresh, herbaceous like essential oil. It helps to promote healthy lung activity, especially relating to congestion from a cold or the flu. This essential oil helps to reduce the presence of unwanted bacterial, fungal, and viral activity as well as promotes healthy circulation. It is also helpful in supporting healthy, clear skin and may help heal older scars, as it is also skin rejuvenating.  

Lavender-Rosemary Soak

This formula makes one treatment: 

Ingredients: 

1 teaspoon of jojoba oil 

6 drops lavender essential oil

6 drops rosemary essential oil

Preparation: 

1-In small bowl mix all the ingredients until well combine. 

2-Get ready a warm bath and add the entire mix to the running water.  

3-Soak for 15 minutes. Be carful when you get out of the bathtub, may be slippery.  

4-Repeat once a day as needed.
